Sebaceous Cysts (Wens)

Smooth, yellowish lumps under the skin, especially on the scalp, with small sacs of whitish fluid outside painless and harmless unless infected by bacteria, in which case they may burst, releasing pus; if infection recurs, as it tends to, surgical removal may be recommended, otherwise conventional treatment is antibiotics. If remedies below do not clear up infection within 5 days, see your homeopath.

Special doses to be given every 8 hours for up to 5 days

• Cyst on scalp which is sensitive and flaking Baryta 30c
• Cyst producing pus Hepar sulph. 30c
