  • If Pulsatilla does not work, and if piles are aggravated by drinking wine or coffee and you are constipation-prone, even when not pregnant Nux 6c
  • Burning, fiery pains in rectum, soothed by heat Arsenicum 6c
  • Distended veins look bluish, burning pains after passing stools Carbo veg. 6c
  • Anal fissures with cutting pains Chamomilla 6c

Self-help: Lie on the left side for 20 minutes 4 to 6 times a day.
