Self-help: Learn some form of relaxation or meditation, even if it is only 10 minutes a day. Take more exercise, but don't exercise to the point of tiredness. If you need emotional support, try counselling; the counsellor’s job is to work with you, pinpointing areas of stress and helping you deal with them.
