Pterygium

Literally a 'wing' of tissue which grows out from the sclera and creeps across the cornea, obstructing vision; may be caused by over-exposure to ultraviolet light. Very simple to remove surgically but the remedies below should also be tried.

Specific remedies to be taken 3 times daily for up to 14 days

  • Zinc 6c
  • If Zinc produces no improvement Ratanhia 6c
