  • Soreness made worse by walking Aethusa 30c

Self-help: Apply Hypericum and Calendula ointment to affected areas, and make sure all clothes worn next to the skin are loose-fitting, made of cotton, washed with soap powder rather than detergent, and thoroughly rinsed and dried.
