Smooth, yellowish lumps under the skin, especially on the scalp, with small sacs of whitish fluid outside painless and harmless unless infected by bacteria, in which case they may burst, releasing pus; if infection recurs, as it tends to, surgical removal may be recommended, otherwise conventional treatment is antibiotics.
