Hamamelis

From Macrophylla dioica (also known as M. virginica), witch hazel. The homeopathic remedy, made from the bark of the twigs and roots which contain a substance which causes veins to haemorrhage, is traditionally used to improve venous circulation and alleviate bruising and soreness.
