Thuja occidentalis - tree of life, Arbor vitae, white cedar - fresh green twigs

From Thuja occidentalis, arbor vitae or tree of life. The homeopathic remedy is made from the fresh green twigs, which contain a substance which affects the concentration of salt, water and electrolytes in the body. Thuja is most appropriate where areas of pain are small and localized.

Constitutional Indications
Thuja is most beneficial in people who have a greasy skin and take little interest in their appearance, especially if they are also unattractive, deceitful and manipulative. Small, fine-boned children who are slightly backward or have difficulty expressing themselves also respond well to Thuja.
